Schedule below for us to come out to your home for a service call. The fee for the service call includes the first hour of labor. If you end up needing a new unit or attachments, $75 of the service call fee is applied to your purchase of equipment.

Service Call Terms

Service Call Must Be Prepaid in Advance

We are the Largest Central Vacuum Service Provider in the State. Our online schedule does not include our schedule of installations, home warranty calls, and service calls booked through our retail stores. All service calls booked online MUST be paid in advance. After booking your service call, you'll receive a work order generated from our store. You will then receive an invoice with the ability to pay online through our payment portal.

This is a non-negotiable policy. We do not accept payment for a service call on-site. We do not diagnose for free, and we do not show up to a service call without payment in advance.

What is a Service Call Anyway?

A Service call includes our trip to your location, and the first hour of labor on-site. Generally, the service and/or repair is completed within one hour. If your repair will take longer than an hour, we will quote you prior to completing any work. If your service call includes adding an inlet, valve, or dustpan, those are priced individually.

What if you tell me my system needs to be replaced?

If your unit is beyond repair, we will know within minutes. In cases like this, $75 of your service call goes towards any equipment you may purchase from us.
